Planned opening early in 2010, (see the update below) the Longhorn Bar and Grill will complete the Longhorn RV and Motel and offer guests as well as residents and others a premium western steakhouse.
Located in part of the Longhorn Lionsden, the Longhorn Bar and Grill will share space with the owners private collection of western collectables, art work, and over 200 trophy mounts from Africa and North America.

| Expect a 'cut above' |
The Longhorn menu will be traditional western steakhouse with the addition of a few items other than beef. Expect sawdust on the floors, peanuts in the shell, and views of the Red Badland hills. Some outdoor seating for summer time is planned.
Longhorn RV and Motel guests will have their own restaurant right here on the Longhorn Ranch. Expect specials for guests as well as possibly a private 'happy hour' daily for Longhorn customers.
The Longhorn Bar and Grill will be operated daily, year-round, and in the fashion of the country's best steakhouse's. Only the best cuts of the best beef, aged to perfection, and predictably prepared.

August 2009 Update on the Longhorn Bar and Grill; We have obtained our liquor license for the Lionsden bar, and we have an architect working on the fire plan and review so we can start building. Our schedule has been continually set back by the need of blueprints, drawings, and a good WY architect. Art's illness lasting over a year also delayed the opening of the Longhorn steakhouse, but work is underway again and after missing the busy season of 2009, we are happily expecting to be open early spring of 2010.
